Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the agreement between the Client (“you”) and the Coach (“we”, “us”, “our”) relating to the delivery of Soul-Aligned Coaching and Soul Integration™ services.

By booking or participating in any session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Client–Coach Relationship

By entering into Soul-Aligned Coaching or Soul Integration™, you acknowledge that you are seeking personal development, emotional growth, and spiritual guidance. You agree to:

  • Communicate openly and honestly.

  • Be willing to receive guidance, feedback, and challenges.

  • Participate fully in the coaching process.

  • Take responsibility for your actions, choices, and results.

 

You understand that coaching may involve many areas of your life, including personal, emotional, spiritual, relational, financial, and professional matters. How you choose to apply insights gained through coaching is solely your responsibility.

Coaching is a collaborative relationship. You acknowledge that meaningful transformation requires your active participation.

2. Nature of Coaching and Scope of Practice

Soul-Aligned Coaching and Soul Integration™ are not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, or a substitute for mental health treatment or medical advice.

These services:

  • Do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions.

  • Do not replace qualified medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

  • Are intended for personal and spiritual development.

If you are under the care of a mental health professional, you are encouraged to inform them that you are engaging in coaching.

You remain solely responsible for seeking independent professional support where required.

 

3. Delivery of Coaching Sessions

  • Soul-Aligned Coaching sessions are 90 minutes.

  • Soul Integration™ sessions are 60 minutes.

  • Sessions may be delivered in-person or via online communication platforms such as Zoom.

  • You are responsible for attending on time and ensuring suitable internet connectivity if using online services.

  • Technical issues arising from your equipment or connection do not qualify for refunds.

 

The date of your first session will be considered the start date of the service.

Session frequency, scheduling, and total number of sessions will be agreed upon between us, usually by email.

Between-session practices or reflective exercises may be offered. You are not obliged to complete them, though doing so may support your progress.

 

4. Confidentiality

All personal information shared within sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except:

  • Where required by law.

  • Where there is a risk of harm to you or others.

You acknowledge that digital communications (email, messaging, video platforms) carry inherent security risks.

 

5. Record Retention

We may take notes to support the coaching process. These records:

  • Will be held securely.

  • Will be retained for up to three years after the coaching relationship ends.

  • Will be made available to you upon request.

We may request an emergency contact number if required for your welfare.

Further data may be collected and stored in line with our Privacy Policy.

 

6. Payment Terms

Fees may be paid online, by bank transfer, or in cash.

  • All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • No coaching will be provided until payment has been received.

  • Receipts will be provided upon request.

  • Late payments may incur an administration charge.

 

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

  • 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • “No-shows” (in-person or online) are charged in full.

  • Early termination of a session by the client does not qualify for a refund.

 

Packages:
If you purchase a package, missed or late-cancelled sessions are deducted on a pro-rata basis.

In exceptional circumstances, we may need to rearrange a session and will provide as much notice as possible.

Refunds, where applicable, incur a 7% administration fee and may take up to 10 working days.

 

8. Termination of Coaching

Either you or the Coach may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, for any reason.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We make no guarantees or warranties regarding specific results.

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services up to the date of termination.

You agree to indemnify us for any decisions or actions taken based on coaching conversations, insights, or guidance.

 

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
