Client-Coach Relationship

By entering into coaching or Soul Integration™, the Client is acknowledging that they wish to effect change in their life, and will work with the Coach to progress through barriers and resistances to achieve success.

​The Client understands that to enhance the Coach-Client relationship, the Client agrees to communicate honestly and openly, is willing to receive challenges, is open to feedback and support, and creates the time and energy to participate fully.

The Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of their life, including but not limited to work, business, finances, health, relationships, family, education and recreation. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle the issues, incorporating coaching principles and guidance into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.

The Client acknowledges that coaching and Soul Integration™ does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health disorders and is not to be used as a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Client’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If the Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that they promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching and Soul Integration™ relationship agreed upon by the Client and the Coach.


Coaching and Soul Integration™ Process

Sessions will be delivered face-to-face or using online communication technology (for example via Zoom or other software). The Client is responsible for making sure they arrive on time or are available and able to connect at the agreed session time if using technology. The client is responsible for ensuring they have an internet connection of suitable quality and stability to fully engage in their session. Early termination of a session will not qualify for a refund if such technical issues arise.

​The date that the first session takes place shall be deemed to be the start date for the coaching or Soul Integration™ service.

The coaching session will be delivered as 75 minutes unless agreed otherwise. The Soul Integration™ session will be delivered in 60 minutes.

​​The Coach may assign tasks or exercises to complete between coaching sessions. There is no obligation on the client to complete this work, but not doing so may slow the client’s progress in gaining an improved quality of life or achieving desired outcomes.

​The frequency and number of sessions or package of sessions will be agreed upon between the Coach and the Client, and confirmed by the Coach, usually by email. Where no specific number is agreed upon, sessions will be provided on a session-by-session basis.

​The Coach may agree to provide additional sessions after completion of the initially agreed sessions or a package of sessions if requested by the client. These terms and conditions will apply to any additional sessions.

Where the Client pays for sessions in advance, they must have the sessions or package of sessions that they have paid for within 6 months of the payment or else their fee will be forfeited.

Some coaching packages offer additional phone and message support. Where this is offered it will be subject to the coach's reasonable availability. The response time is usually within 24 hours. The communication of this support is to be delivered through the services offered by Signal, Telegram or WhatsApp. Where the additional support is not undertaken or used during the active coaching practice, it will be forfeited by the Client and will not qualify for a refund, partial refund, or exchange. Any additional phone calls beyond the included allowance, are charged at £150 per hour unless otherwise agreed.


Personal information or business information supplied by the Client in the sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without prior permission, save where required by law, or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the Client or someone else.

​The Client acknowledges that the use of technology is not always secure and accepts the risks of confidentiality in the use of digital communications, for example, email, phone, text and other messages, Zoom and other communications software or technology.


Record Retention

The Client acknowledges that the Coach will make notes and record information to support the coaching relationship and delivery of the service, that has been shared during the term of the coaching relationship. Such records will be made available to the Client if requested and will be maintained by the Coach for 3 years after the coaching ends.

​The coach may request an emergency contact number in the unlikely case of distress where the Client requires support which the Coach is unable to provide in an emergency.


​Further data that facilitates the coaching process may be collected in line with the Privacy Policy.

Payment Terms

Fees can be paid online, by bank transfer and in cash. Where receipts are requested by the client, they will be sent by email unless requested in printed form.

Fees are payable in advance of each session unless otherwise agreed.

Where payment is required on receipt of the invoice rather than in advance, a charge will be levied for late payment.


Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

If the Client needs to rearrange a session, they must provide at least 48 hours notice, or they will forfeit the session fee or pro-rata session fee where a package of sessions has been purchased. No refunds will be given where less than 48 hours notice has been given.

​There will be no refund of the session fee or pro-rata session fee where a package of sessions has been purchased if the Client does not show up to the scheduled session or sessions online or in person, as agreed.

​In exceptional circumstances, the Coach may need to rearrange sessions and will provide as much notice as possible.

​If the Client cancels the sessions and no longer wishes to proceed with the coaching, they will incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of their payment with the rest of their payment being refunded, provided the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.

​Early termination of a session after it has commenced by the client will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds for any purchases made in error will incur a 5% administration fee, provided no sessions have been scheduled, otherwise the above terms will apply.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to complete.

Termination of Coaching

The Client or Coach can terminate the coaching or Soul Integration™ at any time.

In exceptional circumstances, for example, where the client faces illness or unavailability due to bereavement or other commitments, inappropriate behaviour by the Client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or for other reasons, the Coach may agree to terminate the service to the Client early, or refuse or be unable to provide further sessions. In such a circumstance they will be given reasonable notice of termination where practicable and will be refunded any advance payments made for sessions not yet provided. The Client will incur a 5% administration fee.


Limited Liability

Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied for the services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for all services rendered through and including the termination date.


Terms and Conditions Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, so please review them frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
