Client-Coach Relationship
By entering into Soul-Aligned Coaching or Soul Integration™, the Client acknowledges that they wish to effect change in their life and will work with the Coach to overcome barriers and resistances to achieve success.
​The Client understands that to enhance the Coach-Client relationship, the Client agrees to communicate honestly and openly, is willing to receive challenges, is open to feedback and support, and dedicates their time and energy to participate fully.
The Client acknowledges that Soul-Aligned Coaching is a deep, comprehensive, and personalised experience that may involve many different areas of their life, including, but not limited to, personal and private life, work, business, finances, health, relationships, family, and recreation. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle the issues, incorporating coaching insights and guidance into those areas, and implementing the chosen choices are exclusively the Client’s responsibility.
The Client acknowledges that Soul-Aligned Coaching and Soul Integration™ do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health disorders and is not to be used as a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Client’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If the Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that they promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the Soul-Aligned Coaching and Soul Integration™ relationship agreed upon by the Client and the Coach.
Soul-Aligned Coaching and Soul Integration™ Delivery
The Soul-Aligned Coaching session will be delivered in 90 minutes, and the Soul Integration™ session will be delivered in 60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed.

Sessions will be delivered as face-to-face or via online communication technology (e.g., Zoom or other software). The Client is responsible for ensuring they arrive on time or are available to connect at the agreed session time if using technology. The Client is responsible for ensuring they have an internet connection of suitable quality and stability to engage in their session fully. Early termination of a session will not qualify for a refund if such technical issues arise.
​The date on which the first session takes place shall be deemed the start date for the Soul-Aligned Coaching or Soul Integration™ service.

​​The frequency and number of sessions will be agreed upon between the Coach and the Client, and confirmed by the Coach, usually by email. Where no specific number is agreed upon, session(s) will be provided on a session-by-session basis.

The Coach may offer and assign practices, tasks, or exercises to be undertaken between the Soul-Aligned Coaching sessions. There is no obligation on the client to complete this work, but not doing so may slow the client’s progress toward their desired outcomes, an improved experience and quality of life, or their transformation.
Confidentiality
Personal or business information supplied by the Client during sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without prior permission, save where required by law, or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the Client or another.

​The Client acknowledges that technology is not always secure and accepts the risks to confidentiality in the use of digital communications, including email, phone, text and other messages, Zoom, and other communication software or technology.
Record Retention
The Client acknowledges that the Coach will make notes and record information to support the coaching relationship and the delivery of the service shared during the term of the coaching relationship. Such records will be made available to the Client if requested and will be maintained by the Coach for 3 years after the coaching ends.

​​The Coach may request an emergency contact number in the unlikely event that the Client requires support beyond the Coach's capacity.
​Further data that facilitates the coaching process may be collected in line with the Privacy Policy.
Payment Terms
Fees can be paid online, by bank transfer, or in cash. When the client requests receipts, they will be emailed.

Where payment is required upon receipt of the invoice, a late payment charge will be levied.
​
Fees are payable in advance of each session unless otherwise agreed. No coaching work will be delivered until payment has cleared and been received.
Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy
If the Client needs to rearrange their scheduled session, they must provide at least 48 hours' notice; otherwise, they will forfeit the session fee or a pro rata session fee if a package of sessions has been purchased. No refunds will be given if less than 48 hours' notice is given.

​There will be no refund of the session fee or pro-rated session fee for a package of sessions purchased if the Client does not show up for the scheduled session(s), online or in person, as agreed.
​
Early termination of a session after it has commenced by the Client will not qualify for a refund.
​
​In exceptional circumstances, the Coach may need to rearrange sessions and will provide as much notice as possible.
​All refunds will incur a 7% administration fee and may take up to 10 working days to be completed.
​
Termination of Soul-Aligned Coaching and Soul Integration™
The Client or Coach can terminate Soul-Aligned Coaching or Soul Integration™ at any time for any reason.
Limited Liability
Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied, for the services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for all services rendered through and including the termination date.
Terms and Conditions Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, so please review them frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
